We are Rwanda specialists. Not a global operator with a Rwanda page — a team whose working knowledge is concentrated on one country.
That specialisation is the whole argument. When we suggest Bisate over Singita Kwitonda for a particular couple, or advocate for a shorter-approach gorilla family at the Kinigi briefing, that comes from current, first-hand knowledge rather than a franchise script covering a dozen destinations.
We are registered and licensed in Uganda, operating under Tourism Licence UTB/RTT/TT/2025/101816, with our office in Kampala — a short flight or drive from Kigali, and a practical base for East African operations.
Permits in your name
Booked directly with the Rwanda Development Board and issued in your name — never held on a generic allocation or resold through an intermediary.
One specialist throughout
The same person from first enquiry to your return home, not a handoff to a booking desk once the deposit clears.
Honest about the limits
No operator can guarantee a specific gorilla family, make a trek genuinely private, or promise a chimpanzee sighting in Nyungwe. We say so before you book.
Where we'd point you elsewhere
If minimising cost is your priority and time is flexible, Uganda's USD 800 permit is a legitimate reason to choose Bwindi over Volcanoes, and we'd rather say that than talk you past it.
If you specifically want the four-hour habituation experience, that exists in Uganda's Rushaga sector and not in Rwanda at any price.
We don't book DRC itineraries. Virunga National Park's permit is the cheapest of the three countries, but the security situation in eastern DRC has been genuinely volatile, and we're not positioned to advise responsibly on it.
